Biography

Timothy L. Betts, age 60, of Wauseon, Ohio, died Sunday evening at his residence.
Born March 13, 1949 in Calexico, California, the son of Clarence and Laura (Elling) Betts.
Tim was a former salesman for the Snyder Chevrolet and Patton’s Pontiac, Napoleon, Ohio. He also worked at the Sauder Mfg. Co., Archbold, Ohio.
Surviving is 2 sons Chad (Caroline) Betts, Napoleon, Ohio, Douglas (Kelly) Betts, Bowling Green, Ohio; 1 grandchild, 2 step grandchildren, his father of Napoleon, Ohio; 1 brother Larry Betts, Lima, Ohio and 1 sister Barbara Buchholz, Napoleon, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
A Memorial Service will be held at noon on Thursday at the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio, Rev. Peter Marcis, officiating.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 a.m. up to the time of the service.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
