Biography

Margaret L. Rausch, age 85, of Napoleon, Ohio, died Saturday afternoon at the Napoleon Lutheran Home.
Born November 20, 1923 in Greenville, NC,, the daughter of the late Thomas C. and Bessy Mae (Jones) James. She was united in marriage to Paul Rausch on December 16, 1944 and he preceded her in death on June 17, 2004.
Margaret was a devoted homemaker and mother. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Napoleon.
Surviving are two sons, Ron (Kathleen) Rausch of Napoleon and Tom (Diana) Rausch of Ann Arbor, MI; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Frederick James.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Walker Mortuary, the Rev. Lee Genter, officiating. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Napoleon.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until the time of service.
The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Napoleon Public Library, the Lutheran Home, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
