Biography

Rachell Rook, age 83, of Napoleon, Ohio, died Saturday evening at the Henry County Hospital.
Born January 29, 1926 in Pike County, Kentucky, the daughter of John and Manila (Mullins) Rowe.
Rachell worked for the Campbell Soup Co. of Napoleon for 19 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Napoleon Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving is two sons Larry (Linda) Rowe, Defiance, Ohio, James Bevins, Napoleon, Ohio; two daughters Marlene (Ralph)Rook-Sloan, Napoleon, Ohio, Linda Flory, Bradenton, Florida; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; 3 brothers Raymond (Hazel) Rowe, Rueben (Brenda) Rowe, both of Wabash, Indiana and Russell (Mary) Rowe, Marion, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter Thelma Bevins, 1 great granddaughter, 2 brothers Robert and Roscoe Rowe, 5 sisters Ruby McGuire, Reba Triplett, Roxi Duty, Rhoda Bartley and Ruth Counts.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio, Rev. Brent Gibson, officiating. Interment will be made in Riverview Memory Gardens, rural Defiance County, Ohio.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to the Country View Haven Nursing Home.
